Gelatin Shots
1 ~ 3 ounce pkg. favorite flavor gelatin dessert, 1 cup boiling water, 1/2 C cold water, 1/2 C chilled vodka and 1 pkg. mini paper cups.
Put paper cups on a cookie sheet or platter that will fit in the refrigerator. Stir 1 cup boiling water into gelatin powder in medium bowl until completely dissolved. Next stir in 1/2 C cold water and 1/2 C vodka. Use spoon or turkey baster to fill paper cups 3/4 full. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours). These are a huge hit!
