Cyndi's Easy Crabby Cakes

You'll Need:
1 pkg. Louis Kemp's Crab Delights (shredded) or 1 lb. shredded crab meat.
1TB mayo
1 egg
2 tspns Worcestershire sauce
2 tspns mustard or dijon mustard
1 cup plain bread crumbs
2 TB butter
Mix together in a medium bowl, making sure to whisk the egg through.
Add more bread crumbs, if needed to make the best consistancy and easy to handle.
Melt butter in saucepan. Ball a 2" diameter crab cake mixture and flatten. Place in pan.
Let brown on both sides, about 3 minutes each side.
Serve with cocktail sauce. Makes about 12 small crab cakes- perfect for a snack, light lunch with friends, or finger food for a party.
Homemade cocktail sauce: Simply mix horseradish and ketchup.
